Service

The basic strategy of  Sklostroj Turnov CZ, s.r.o. is satisfaction of customers. We recognize service as the one of most important activities to achieve this objective. Sklostroj Turnov CZ, s.r.o. made measures in the structure of the service activities aiming to provide top quality service with emphasis on:

  • Active assistance and recommendation of improvements (step by step modernization, progressive technology implementation – NNPB, LPBB, …)
  • On time and effective supply of spare parts, variable parts etc.
  • Easy availability round the clock and 7 days a week.
  • Sklostroj Turnov CZ, s.r.o. provides comprehensive service support

1. Guarantee Service

Guarantee service is solved individually with every customer. Conditions are stipulated within a corresponding contract.  Standard length  of guarantee is 12 months after commissioning.

1 ) A, B revisions system: 
Each revision has its conditions, duration and scope of necessary works. General conditions are described in the operation & service manual. Scope of every revision is tailored to needs and wishes of a customer respecting particular situation. Exact scope of revision is than determined after an inspection visit of our service engineers and submitted offer contains solely parts which have to be exchanged.  We are saving money of our customers in this way.  

2) General overhauls of IS machines (revisions of  C-class )
C-class revisions are executed within the facility of the production plant in Turnov.

 

3) Supply of spare parts

Customer obtains CDs or DVDs containing an Interactive Spare Parts Catalogues together with the equipment as Feeders, IS machines, Stackers, Annealing Lehrs and Shrink Wrapping Lines supplied by SKLOSTROJ.  The interactive Spare Parts Catalogue provides lot of advantages:
  • Easy, exact and quick specification of requested spare parts
  • Possible installation of the system on more computers, as well as directly in PC used for the control of systems
  • Better understanding of  function of every mechanism, catalogue can be used for personnel training purposes too

Entire IS machine or other equipment is divided in assembly units. The assembly with an ID number will appear after clicking on the corresponding position.  Lower level assemblies are then shown in the way of list of  parts including ID numbers and names. 

3) Providing of Experiences Personnel

  • For repairs (revisions) of glass machines and equipment in the sites of  customers
  • For technical assistance direct on the sites of clients
  • For implementations of  progressive technologies  
  • For training of  operators during the operation and maintenance of the glass production lines on customers’ plants
 

4) Implementation of progressive technologies (LPBB, NNPB, ….)

Execution of audit followed by proposal of the progressive technology implementation procedure
Providing of the complex technology and technical support for the implementation of a progressive technology directly on the plant of  a particular customer.

Personnel Training

5) Personnel training

Theoretical part – it is carried on for the key personnel of customers in our facility in Turnov equipped by the training IS section and ITT (Interactive Training Terminal)

 
Praxis part  - is carried on our partner glass factories using identical or similar equipment.

Interactive Training Terminal (ITT)
The Interactive Training Terminal is modern and high efficient tool for training. It is including a system able to check level of knowledge received by operators, or other professions working with the equipment. This system is kept upgraded and developing instantly so it can soon cover all the issues on the hot end area of the container glass production line.

6) Preventive visits, recommendations and suggestions
Our Service Engineers visit customers regularly. They inspect status of equipment together with client’s specialists, provide information about available upgrades and suggest necessary maintenance works, so there is prevention to failures and support of the maintaining of the high quality and efficiency of production.
