Advantages in comparison to the previous version of the take-out servo mechanism with a ball-screw transmission:
- Ball-screw transmission is removed -> direct transmission of rotating motion to rotating motion of the take-out arm
- Reduced number of components
- Reduced weight of moving parts – higher dynamic of motions has been reached
- Reduced number of lubrication points
- The standard Siemens servomotor is used
- An up-grade from the previous version is possible
Variable accessory parts remain identical as for the previous version of mechanisms.
